The American public has issued a clarion call for transformative change to the current US healthcare system. History tells us that left unchanged, the current health care system in the United States will continue to deteriorate such that many employers will be in business for the sole purpose of providing insurance. Today, most Fortune 500 companies spend more on healthcare than what they make in profits. Furthermore, competition from overseas is on the rise and the playing field is not even. At the current pace, US employers are running out of options.

Understanding

The original purpose of offering benefits, to enhance the ability to attract, retain and increase the productivity of the workforce, has been overshadowed by the need to control healthcare cost. The enormous responsibility employers have assumed in managing their benefit plans continues to grow and has put many businesses in the unfortunate position of making a decision between taking care of an ill employee or family member and staying in business.

Intuition

Our vision is to bring certainty and controllability to health care costs by empowering businesses and individuals with the ability to take ownership of their healthcare future.
