Scott is the Chairman and CEO of Dominium Benefits where he leads an experienced team of professionals dedicated to creating significant value for medium to large employers who sponsor health and welfare plans.  Scott has spent the majority of his professional career in the industry and is leveraging his 20 years of experience and vision to build, through principled entrepreneurship and innovation, the premiere privately held consultancy in the Southeast.

Prior to the creation of Dominium, Scott was the Founder of Schanen Consulting, an Atlanta-based Employee Benefits Consultancy that provided health and welfare advisory and support services to large US employers. Schanen Consulting grew significantly over a short period, and after just a few years of operations, was merged with a publicly traded company in 2001.  Scott was retained as an Executive Vice President throughout his tenure of his agreement.

Scott is active in the Atlanta community, has served on a number of advisory boards and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for PCA Retirement & Benefits, Inc. Scott holds a BBA from The University of Texas.
