Stephen is a highly accomplished senior executive with over 20 years proven experience in HR and corporate leadership. His career spans technology development, sales and marketing, finance, and mergers & acquisitions. Most recently, Stephen served as CEO for HRAmerica, a leading employee management software company for over 200 firms with 800 locations in 48 states and 18,000 employees.

Throughout his career, Stephen has consistently delivered value in and around the HR function. This value has included implementing global outsourcing alternatives, corporate and business development, and various  M&A strategies.  He has served on numerous business partner councils, and authored the “Reseller Code of Ethics”. He has been recognized as a leading consultant for many HR software products including  Sage, ADP, Lawson, Ceridian, Peoplesoft, Oracle, and SAP.

Stephen received his BBA degree from Vanderbilt University. He is currently on the Board of The 300 Club, an organization providing moral and financial support to killed or injured police and fire fighters. He has also served on the Boards of Prevent Blindness (Chairman) as well as the Alliance Theater.
