Michael brings 18 years of diverse health care and business experience to Dominium.  Michael is passionate about Customer Service and adding measurable value to the clients served by Dominium.  Michael’s deep background in healthcare services brings a unique perspective on the consumption drivers of cost in employee healthcare and a belief that organizations can benefit greatly through a better understanding of the goods and services they are purchasing for their employees.

Immediately prior to the formation of Dominium, for 9 years, Michael served as Chief Operating Officer of MedQuest, Inc. a leading operator of independent outpatient diagnostic imaging facilities consisting of over 90 centers in thirteen states with sales of $300MM.

Michael began his healthcare career as a licensed securities professional syndicating partnerships in outpatient medical facilities.  Michael’s experience in startup healthcare operations led to an opportunity to focus on commercial lending in the healthcare space.  Michael worked as a Western Regional Manager for DVI Financial Services, Inc. providing capital and financial services to healthcare organizations including public and private companies with diagnostic imaging, hospital and HMO operations.

Michael received his degree in Economics from the University of Washington.  He is married with three children and serves as an Elder of Perimeter Church where he and his wife are actively involved in children’s ministries.
