Linda joined Dominium Benefits to lead the health and Productivity practice of the firm.   She has over 25 years experience in the healthcare industry with extensive focus on strategy and design, resulting in significant cost savings for her customers and improvement in their employees’ health status.

She comes to us most recently from CIGNA Healthcare where she led the National Segment Sales and Sales Effectiveness operations. She worked closely with the National Segment Sales teams to assist in client and prospect strategies, delivering the tools and resources necessary to maximize the sales teams, and in bringing the voice of the marketplace to internal product and strategy functions within CIGNA. Linda and her team were also responsible for CIGNA’s National Accounts Client Forum, attended by over 150 national account clients focused on health and productivity.

Prior to CIGNA, Linda spent four years as Senior Vice President at Definity Health, where she managed the Southeast and Midwest regions responsible for Sales, Client Services, Networks, and client business strategy.  As part of the senior management team, she also had responsibility for setting and implementing corporate business strategy.

Linda spent the previous 18 years with Aetna Health Plans in various leadership capacities, including National Marketing director and National Sales vice president.
