Jim has spent the past 25 years in the financial services industry.  Prior to joining Dominium he served as Principal of the Mills Group, Managing Director of a national executive benefit and compensation consulting firm, and executive benefit consultant for one of the nation’s largest benefit consulting firms where he established the executive disability income insurance practice.  He has designed and implemented executive benefit programs for large public and private corporations and law firms throughout the U.S.

Jim is involved in several not for profit organizations including Families First, Freedom Foundation, Lovett School, and the St. Simons Island Land Trust.
