Caryn provided resources and solutions in order to build custom employee benefits packages for her clients. As a leader for a top 10 insurance carrier, Caryn drove customer retention by focusing on cost saving mechanisms and service platforms that would alleviate the daily strain of benefits administration. Caryn is now applying her unique insight and experience from a top insurance carrier to meeting and surpassing the needs of Dominium clients.

Caryn is experienced in employee benefits product development and is Six Sigma certified. She holds a BBA in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia and a Certificate in Business and Economics from Oxford University in the U.K.
